📦 Return Policy – 7 Days
We want you to love your device. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your iPhone within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.
✅ You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
✅ This gives you plenty of time to make sure your new device is the right fit for you.
🔁 Returns due to change of mind (e.g., deciding you no longer want the device) are accepted, however return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
📦 Devices must be returned in the same condition they were received and include all original accessories provided.
To start a return, please contact us with your order details and we’ll provide instructions for sending your device back.
🛡️ 90-Day Limited Warranty
All of our certified renewed iPhones come with a 90-day limited warranty for your peace of mind.
This warranty covers any functional defects that arise under normal use within 90 days from the date of delivery. If your device develops a hardware or software fault during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
What’s covered:
Internal hardware failures (e.g., battery, camera, buttons, speakers)
Software or functionality issues not caused by the user
Touchscreen or display malfunctions unrelated to physical damage
What’s not covered:
Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cracks, water exposure)
Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Devices must be returned for inspection before a repair, replacement, or refund can be issued.
